When choosing a work of art, it is important to see how it will look in your space. Send a photo — we will prepare a free visualization of any work from the catalog. Often one shot is enough to understand: this painting has long been waiting for its place in your home.
Shipping and packaging
We treat the preservation of every piece with the utmost care. All artworks are packed in sturdy shipping boxes to ensure safe delivery. We prepare each canvas for shipping with the same attention that went into its creation. Paintings are supplied unframed unless otherwise stated in the description. Shipping within the European Union is free — the cost is already included in the price. If you are located outside the EU, please use the "Reserve" button or contact the gallery to arrange an individual shipping quote. For buyers in Estonia, local pickup is also available by prior arrangement. Art is created to last for years. Our goal is to ensure that your first encounter with a new artwork brings you nothing but joy.
Returns
We understand that choosing art is a delicate and personal process. If for any reason the artwork does not suit you, you have the right to cancel your purchase and return it.
14-Day Return Policy
You have the right to return the painting within 14 days without giving any reason. This 14-day period begins on the day you, or a designated third party (other than the courier), acquire physical possession of the artwork.
How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of return, please notify us of your decision by email at info[at]helea.art before the 14-day period expires.
Condition and Costs
To process a return, the painting must be in its original condition and securely packaged (preferably in the original shipping box). Please note that the buyer is fully responsible for the return shipping and transit insurance costs. We will process your refund once the artwork has been safely returned to the gallery.
